Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital) (Scotland) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 17th April 2000.

Originating capital of NHS trusts

2.  The originating capital of an NHS trust specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order shall be of the amount specified opposite it in column 2 of that Schedule.

Revocation

3.  The National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital Debt) Order 1993(1); The National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital Debt) (Scotland) Order 1994(2); The National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital Debt) (Scotland) Order 1995(3) and The National Health Service Trusts (Originating Capital Debt) (Scotland) Order 1996(4) are hereby revoked.
