The Road Traffic Reduction Act 1997 (Commencement) (Scotland) Order 2000

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 4(3) of the Road Traffic Reduction Act 19971 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and after consultation with such associations of local authorities as appear to them to be concerned in accordance with section 4(4), of that Act hereby make the following Order:
