The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them bysection 67(1) of the Health Act 1999(1) and of all other powersenabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:

1999 c. 8. The functions of the Secretary of State weretransferred to the Scottish Ministers by virtue of section 53 of theScotland Act 1998 (c. 46)
