6. In regulation 10 (issue of vouchers by Health Boards and NHS trusts in connection with the hospital eye service)–
(a)in the heading “Health Boards and” is omitted;
(b)in paragraphs (1) and (2) “Health Board or” is omitted in both places where it appears.
