Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (General Dental Services) (Scotland) Amendment (No.2) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 1st October 1999.
(2) In these Regulations the “principal Regulations” means the National Health Service (General Dental Services) (Scotland) Regulations 1996(1).
