Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (East Coast) Revocation (Scotland) Order 1999 and shall come into force at 1600 hours on 26th August 1999.

Revocation

2.  The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (East Coast) (Scotland) Order 1999(1) is revoked.
