The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 17(2) of the Food Safety Act 1990(1) and of all the powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
(1)
1990 c. 16. The functions of Ministers of the Crown under the Food Safety Act 1990 insofar as within devolved competence were transferred to the Scottish Ministers by virtue of section 53 of the Scotland Act 1998 (c. 46).
