Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (Orkney) (No. 3) (Scotland) Revocation Order 1999 and shall come into force at 1630 hours on 26th November 1999.

2. The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (Orkney) (No. 3) (Scotland) Order 1999(1) is revoked.
