Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (East Coast) (No. 3) (Scotland) Partial Revocation Order 1999 and shall come into force at 18.00 hours on 16th November 1999.
Revocation
2. The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (East Coast) (No. 3) (Scotland) Order 1999(1) is revoked insofar as it designates any part of the area set out in the Schedule to this Order.
