Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Student Loans) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 20th October 1999.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Education (Student Loans) (Scotland) Regulations 1999(1).
