The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon themby section 6 of the Erskine Bridge Tolls Act 1968(1) and of allother powers enabling them in that behalf and having given not less thanfourteen days public notice in accordance with section 6(3) of that Act,hereby make the following Order:

1968 c. 4. The functions of the Secretary of State undersection 6 were transferred to the Scottish Ministers by virtue of section53 of the Scotland Act 1998 (c. 46).
