Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Registration of Births, Still-Births, Deaths and Marriages (Prescription of Forms) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 1st January 2000.

(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Registration of Births, Still-Births, Deaths and Marriages (Prescription of Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 1997(1).
