ROAD TRAFFIC

The A41 Trunk Road (Barnet) Red Route Traffic Order 1997 Variation Order 1997

  Made 30th April 1997 
  Coming into force 3rd May 1997 

The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State for Transport under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991[1] and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[2], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order: - 

     1. This Order may be cited as The A41 Trunk Road (Barnet) Red Route Traffic Order 1997 Variation Order 1997, and shall come into force on 3rd May 1997.

    
2. The A41 Trunk Road (Barnet) Red Route Traffic Order 1997[3] is varied as provided by the following provisions of this Order.

     3. The table in Schedule 2B is replaced with the table in the Schedule to this order.

    
4. In Schedule 2C item 2 is varied as follows:

         " 2. The A41 Watford Way, southbound carriageway, the north-east side, between a point 1.0 metre north-west of the party wall of 40 and 42 Watford Way and a point 1.0 metre north-west of the party wall of 38 and 40 Watford Way."

     5. In Schedule 3B, item 1 is varied as follows:

5. The A41 Watford Way, northbound carriageway, the south-west side, between a point 3.5 metres north-west of the party wall of 41 and 43 to 45 Watford Way and the party wall of 25 and 27 Watford Way.      
6. The A41 Hendon Way, northbound carriageway, the south-west side, between a point 0.5 metres south-east of the party wall of 389 and 391 Hendon Way and a point 0.8 metres south-east of the party wall of 385 and 387 Hendon Way.      
7. The A41 Watford Way, southbound carriageway, the north-east side, between a point 29.3 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerb-line of Prothero Gardens and a point 81.6 metres south-east of that kerb-line. 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday Inclusive 1 hour 2 hours
