NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE, ENGLAND AND WALES

The Rhondda Health Care National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1995

Made 5th September 1995
Laid before parliament 20th September 1995
Coming into force 23rd October 1995

    The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 92 (1) of the National Health Service Act 1977[1] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of hospitals and other establishments and facilities formerly managed by the Mid Glamorgan Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the Rhondda Health Care National Health Service Trust[2], having consulted that Authority and that Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
    Citation, commencement and interpretation
        1.—(1)  This Order may be cited as the Rhondda Health Care National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 23rd October 1995.

        (2)  In this Order—
      "the Authority" means the Mid Glamorgan Health Authority;

      "the Trust " means the Rhondda Health Care National Health Service Trust:

      "the trust property" means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 27th March 1995, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.

    Transfer of trust property
        2.    On 23rd October 1995 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)
    This Order transfers to the Rhondda Health Care National Health Service Trust on 23rd October 1995 trust property formerly held by the Mid Glamorgan Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained from HFM3, Welsh Office, New Crown Building, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF1 3NQ.
