MAGISTRATES' COURTS

The Licensing (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1994

Made 5th December 1994
Laid before Parliament 9th December 1994
Coming into force 3rd January 1995

    The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 29(1) and 198(2) of the Licensing Act 1964[1], hereby makes the following Order:
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Licensing (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 3rd January 1995.
        2.    The Schedule to the Licensing (Fees) Order 1978[2] shall be amended by inserting at the end the following entry:
      "Grant of Children's Certificate — s. 168A[3].......... 6.50" .

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)
    This Order amends the Licensing (Fees) Order 1978 by prescribing a fee of £6.50 chargeable by justices' clerks for the grant of a children's certificate under section 168A of the Licensing Act 1964.
