MAGISTRATES' COURTS

The Licensing (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1994

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 29(1) and 198(2) of the Licensing Act 1964^[1], hereby makes the following Order:

    1.    This Order may be cited as the Licensing (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 3rd January 1995.

    2.    The Schedule to the Licensing (Fees) Order 1978^[2] shall be amended by inserting at the end the following entry:
"Grant of Children's Certificate — s. 168A^[3].......... 6.50" .

This Order amends the Licensing (Fees) Order 1978 by prescribing a fee of £6.50 chargeable by justices' clerks for the grant of a children's certificate under section 168A of the Licensing Act 1964.
