NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE, ENGLAND AND WALES The National Health Service (General Medical Services) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 1994
1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (General Medical Services) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 1st November 1994.
2.—(1) The National Health Service (General Medical Services) Regulations 1992[2] shall be amended in accordance with the following paragraphs of this regulation. (2) In Schedule 10 (drugs and other substances not to be prescribed for supply under pharmaceutical services)—
(3) In Schedule 11 (drugs to be prescribed under pharmacuetical services only in certain circumstances)—
