NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE, ENGLAND AND WALES

The Frimley Park Hospital National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1994

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977^[1] and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of hospitals and other establishments and facilities formerly managed by the West Surrey and North East Hampshire Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the Frimley Park Hospital National Health Service Trust^[2], having consulted the North West Surrey Health Authority and that Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation, commencement and interpretation
    1.—(1)  This Order may be cited as the Frimley Park Hospital National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 11th February 1994.

    (2)  In this Order—
"the Authority" means the North West Surrey Health Authority;


"the Trust" means the Frimley Park Hospital National Health Service Trust;


"the trust property" means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 28th April 1993, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.

Transfer of trust property
    2.    On 11th February 1994 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.

This Order transfers to the Frimley Park Hospital National Health Service Trust on 11th February 1994 trust property formerly held by the North West Surrey Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
