LAND REGISTRATION, ENGLAND AND WALES The Land Registration (Leasehold Reform) Rules 1993
1. These rules may be cited as the Land Registration (Leasehold Reform) Rules 1993 and shall come into force on 1st January 1994.
2. The statement required by section 34(10) of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 to be inserted into any conveyance executed for the purposes of Chapter I of Part I of that Act shall be in the following form:
3. The statement required by section 57(11) of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 to be inserted into any new lease granted under section 56 of that Act shall be in the following form:
