ROAD TRAFFIC

The Finance (No. 2) Act 1992 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 1993

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Finance (No.2) Act 1992^[1], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation
    1.    This Order may be cited as the Finance (No.2) Act 1992 (Commencement No.6 and Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 1993.

Appointed day
    2.    The appointed day for the coming into operation of section 12 of, and Part IV of Schedule 18 to, the Finance (No.2) Act 1992 shall be 13th October 1993.

Transitional provisions and savings
    3.    The transitional provisions and savings set out in the Schedule to this Order shall have effect.
