The Foreign Fields (Specification) (Amendment) Order 1993

Made 18th June 1993

    The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 9(5) and 12(2) of the Oil Taxation Act 1983[1] and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Foreign Fields (Specification) (Amendment) Order 1993.
        2.    The Foreign Fields (Specification) Order 1991[2] (hereinafter referred to as "the 1991 Order") shall have effect subject to the amendment set out in article 3 below.
        3.    The Schedule set out in this Order shall be substituted for the Schedule to the 1991 Order.
