The Foreign Fields (Specification) (Amendment) Order 1993

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 9(5) and 12(2) of the Oil Taxation Act 1983^[1] and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—

    1.    This Order may be cited as the Foreign Fields (Specification) (Amendment) Order 1993.

    2.    The Foreign Fields (Specification) Order 1991^[2] (hereinafter referred to as "the 1991 Order") shall have effect subject to the amendment set out in article 3 below.

    3.    The Schedule set out in this Order shall be substituted for the Schedule to the 1991 Order.
