EDUCATION, ENGLAND AND WALES The Education (Designated Institutions in Further Education) (Wales) Order 1993
(2) In this Order a reference to a section is a reference to a section of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992.
(2) The designation in paragraph (1) above shall take effect on 1st April 1993.
(2) The Secretary of State for Wales specifies the persons listed in column (2) of Schedule 2 to this Order as being persons appearing to him to be trustees holding property for the purposes of the institution in relation to which section 32 has effect. (3) Property or rights transferred to persons listed in column (2) of Schedule 2 to this Order shall be held on the trust applicable under the trust deed, if any, as listed opposite thereto in column (3) of that Schedule.
