SPORTS GROUNDS AND SPORTING EVENTS

The Football Spectators Act 1989 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1990

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 27(2) and (3) of the Football Spectators Act 1989^[1], I hereby make the following Order:

    1.    This Order may be cited as the Football Spectators Act 1989 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1990.

    2.    Schedule 1 to the Football Spectators Act 1989 shall come into force on 24th April 1990.

This Order corrects an omission in the Football Spectators Act 1989 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1990 (S.I. 1990/690) and brings Schedule 1 (relevant offences) into force on 24th April 1990.

The following provisions of the Act have been brought into force by commencement order made before the date of this Order:
