Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Human Tissue (Authorisation) (Specified Type A Procedures) (Scotland) Regulations 2020 and come into force on the day on which section 23 of the Human Tissue (Authorisation) (Scotland) Act 2019(1) comes into force for all purposes.
Type A procedures
2. The pre-death procedures specified in the second column of the table in the schedule are specified as Type A procedures for the purposes of sections 16D to 16F of the Human Tissue (Scotland) Act 2006(2).
