Amendment of section 142 of the 1986 Act: liquidation committee (winding up by the court)

4.  In section 142 of the 1986 Act(1)—

(a) after subsection (3) insert—

“(3A) A “liquidation committee” is a committee having such functions as are conferred on it by or under this Act.”; and

(b) repeal subsection (6).
