The Scottish Parliament Disqualification Order 201510 is amended as follows.

In the schedule—
a
omit “President or vice-president of the panel of persons appointed under Schedule 4 to the Rent (Scotland) Act 1984 to act as chairmen and other members of private rented housing committees”; and
b
after “Any member of the First-tier Tribunal” insert “Any member of the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Housing and Property Chamber”.
