Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(1)

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 1(3)(f), 1(15), 20 and 69(1) of the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Scotland) Act 2014(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with section 69(2) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.

2014 asp 9. Section 68(1) contains a definition of “prescribed” relevant to the exercise of the statutory powers under which these Regulations are made.
