Withdrawal of candidates15
A candidate may withdraw his or her candidature, in accordance with the timetable set out in regulation 11, by notice of withdrawal in writing, which notice must be—
a
signed by him or her and by one witness; and
b
delivered to the returning officer at a place fixed by the returning officer for the purpose of return of nomination papers for the constituency.
