36. In regulation 2(2)(a) of the Valuation for Rating (Decapitalisation Rate) (Scotland) Regulations 2005(1) (interpretation), for “section 2(20) of the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001” substitute “paragraph 13 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”.
