The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10O of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 19781 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 105(3) of that Act2, a draft of the instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
