Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Scotland) Act 1965
1. In subsection (5) of section 39E of the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Scotland) Act 1965(1) (abbreviated extracts) for “section 45(1) of the Adoption Act 1978 (c.28)” substitute “section 53(1) of the Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007 (asp 4)”.
