Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Local Government Finance Act 1992 (Scotland) Amendment Order 2009 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is approved by a resolution of the Scottish Parliament.

Amendment of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 (Scotland) Order 2009

2.  For Schedule 1 (revenue support grant and distribution of non-domestic rate income) to the Local Government Finance Act 1992 (Scotland) Order 2009(1), substitute the Schedule contained in the Schedule to this Order.
