The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 18(1)(b) and (2)(b) and (c) and 28(6) of the Transport and Works (Scotland) Act 2007(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 28(4) and (5) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
