The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 11(1) and (1A) of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003(1) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
asp 7; section 11(1A) was inserted by section 13(2) of the Management of Offenders etc. (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 14).
