Withdrawal of candidates

14.  A candidate may withdraw his or her candidature by notice of withdrawal in such form as the returning officer thinks fit–

(a)signed by him or her and attested by one witness, and

(b)delivered to the returning officer at the place for delivery of nomination papers.
