These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2023 and shall come into operation on 31st December 2023.

The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 19543 shall apply to the Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
