Coming into operation
The Department of Health, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7, 10, 22 and 31 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 19711 as adapted by sections 7(9), 31(4) and 38 of that Act and now vested in it2 and after consultation with the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs in accordance with section 31(3) of that Act.
