1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Allocation of Housing and Homelessness (Eligibility) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2023 and come into operation on 27th October 2023.
(2) These Regulations extend to Northern Ireland.
