These Regulations may be cited as the Health and Safety (Amendments and Revocation) (EU Exit) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020.

Except as provided for in paragraph (3), these Regulations come into operation on IP completion day.

Regulation 13 comes into operation immediately before IP completion day.

Any amendment made by these Regulations has the same application and extent as the provision amended.
