The Sea Fish Licensing (Revocation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2020

The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs(1) makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4(1) and (2), and 20(1) of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967(2).

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Sea Fish Licensing (Revocation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2020 and comes into operation on 17th March 2020.

Interpretation

2.  The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(3) applies to this Order as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.

Revocation

3.  The Sea Fish Licensing Order (Northern Ireland) 2019(4) is hereby revoked.

This Order revokes the Sea Fish Licensing Order (Northern Ireland) 2019.
