1. This Order may be cited as the Sea Fish Licensing (Revocation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2020 and comes into operation on 17th March 2020.
2. The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(3) applies to this Order as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
3. The Sea Fish Licensing Order (Northern Ireland) 2019(4) is hereby revoked.

This Order revokes the Sea Fish Licensing Order (Northern Ireland) 2019.
Formerly the Department of Agriculture for Northern Ireland; see S.I. 1993 (N.I.1), Art 3(4), and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, see the Departments Act (Northern Ireland) 2016 Chapter 5 Article 1(2).
1967 c.84. Section 4B was inserted by section 4 of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1992 (c.60) and modified by the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 (c.23)
