Coming into operation
The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs1 makes the following Regulations, with the consent of the Department of Finance2, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 56(1), (2) and (5) of the Finance Act 19733 and section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19724.
The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs is designated for the purposes of section 2(2) in relation to the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union5.
