27.—(1) The Food Additives, Flavourings, Enzymes and Extraction Solvents Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013(1) are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In regulation 2(1) (Interpretation) in the definition of “Regulation 1333/2008”—
(a)in paragraph (a) after “additives” insert “as last amended by Commission Regulation 1152/2013;”(2); and
(b)in paragraph (c) after “Council” insert “as last amended by Commission Regulation 2018/1481”(3).
