The Plant Health (Wood and Bark) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006

6.—(1) The Plant Health (Wood and Bark) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In Article 2(1) (general interpretation)—

(a)for the definition of “Customs Code” substitute—

“Customs Code” means Regulation (EU) 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down the Union Customs Code as amended from time to time(2);;

(b)in the definition of “customs document” for “Article 4(16)(a), (d) to (g)” substitute “Article 5(16)(a) to (c)”;

(c)in the definition of “industry certificate” after “Article 6(7)” insert “as amended from time to time”.

(3) In Article 6(7) (requirements for certificates), omit sub-paragraph (f).
