Amendments to the Foot-and-Mouth Disease Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20061

The Foot-and-Mouth Disease Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2(1) (interpretation)—
a
in the definition of “Regulation (EC) No. 1069/2009”, for “Council Regulation (EU) No. 1385/2013” substitute “Regulation (EU) 2019/1009”; and
b
in the definition of “Regulation (EU) No. 142/2011”, for “Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1262” substitute “Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1177”.
