The Animals and Animal Products (Examination for Residues and Maximum Residue Limits) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016

3.—(1) The Animals and Animal Products (Examination for Residues and Maximum Residue Limits) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2(1), in the definition of “marketing authorisation” at the end add “as last amended by Directive 2004/28/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council”(2).

(3) In regulation 18, at the end add “as last amended by Commission Decision 2004/25/EC”(3).
