3. The annual salary payable to the Public Services Ombudsman is:
(1) for the period 1st August 2016 to 31st July 2017, £92,920;
(2) for the period 1st August 2017 to 31st July 2018, £94,778; and
(3) from 1st August 2018, and in each subsequent year, £97,337.
