3. In the following provisions of the Discretionary Financial Assistance Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001(1), after “paragraph 3(e)” insert “or (ea)(2)”—
(a)regulation 1(2), in the definition of “relevant award of universal credit”(3); and
(b)regulation 4(2)(b)(4).
