Amendment of the Public Service Vehicles Regulations (Northern Ireland)

2.—(1) The Public Service Vehicles Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1985(1) are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

(2) In regulation 9 (re-inspection of vehicle)—

(a) in paragraph (3) after “appointed by the Department” insert “no later than 60 days from the date of notification of refusal”; and

(b) in paragraph (5) after “appointed by the Department” insert “no later than 60 days from the date of notification of refusal”.

(3) For Schedule 3 (items included in inspection) substitute the Schedule to these Regulations.
