Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Pension Schemes (2016 Act) (Commencement No. 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018.
Appointed day
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of subsection (4) of section 38 of the Pension Schemes Act (Northern Ireland) 2016 (disclosure of information about schemes), and subsection (1) of that section in so far as it relates to subsection (4), is 9th March 2018.
