1. This Order may be cited as the Pensions (2008 No. 2 Act) (Commencement No. 12) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018.
2. Paragraph 15 of Schedule 6 to the Pensions (No. 2) Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 (amendments of Schedule 6 to the 2005 Order), and section 100 of that Act in so far as it relates to that paragraph, shall come into operation on 2nd February 2018.
