SCHEDULE 3 AMENDMENT OF AIR AND ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY PROVISIONS

Amendment to the Sulphur Content of Liquid Fuels Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007

2.  In regulation 2(1) (Interpretation) for the definition “Council Directive 1999/32/EC(1)” substitute—

““Directive (EU) 2016/802” means Directive (EU) 2016/802 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 May 2016 relating to a reduction in the sulphur content of certain liquid fuels(2);”.
